Carlotta completed her PhD at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, where her work shed light on how the autism- and schizophrenia-associated gene CYFIP1 regulates calcium homeostasis, cortical axon growth, and brain connectivity.
Amelien completed her PhD at the University of Lausanne, investigating human ASD-associated mutations in Drosophila and uncovering shared molecular and cellular mechanisms linked to autism-related behaviors.
