Jonathan Rime
PhD student
Jonathan Rime obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Lausanne, followed by a Master of Science in Medical Biology. His research project focused on the pivotal role of the gut-brain-immune axis in mediating the neurobehavioral consequences of chronic stress and the vulnerability to lose control over alcohol consumption.
In 2025, he joined Sophie Croizier’s lab as a PhD student, where he investigates the adaptability of hypothalamic POMC neurons to an obesogenic diet.
