Claire obtained her BS and MS in Life Science Engineering with a specialization in Molecular Health from EPFL, Lausanne. She completed her Master’s thesis in the McBride Lab at Princeton University, where she investigated the neuronal evolution of human preference in the olfactory circuits in mosquitoes. Claire joined the Neukomm lab as a PhD student, focusing on the NMN/NAD+ metabolic control of programmed axon degeneration.
