Jérôme Perrard
Post-doctoral fellow

Jerome Perrard obtained a PhD in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry in 2019 at the University of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (France), under the direction of Pr. Jean-Luc Prétet, working on HPV oncoproteins and its epigenetic regulation.
A first postdoctoral fellow was then performed for more than four years in the team of Pr. Susan Smith at the New York University School of Medicine (USA), studying the interplay between Ubiquitination and ADP-Ribosylation, with a focus on the enzymes TNKS1 and RNF166.
He then joined the team of Pr. Romano Regazzi at UNIL in 2024 to study the role of ncRNA during the senescence of pancreatic beta cells.
