Ed Hasanovic
PhD student

Ed completed his BSc in Biology at the University of Ljubljana followed by MSc in Medical biology at the University of Lausanne. During his master's program, he specialized in neuroscience and dedicated his thesis to developing gene therapy for rare neurodegenerative disorders. In 2024, he began his PhD in Claudia Kathe's lab, where he researches spinal cord development in cerebral palsy and investigates treatment options for disease-related motor deficits.
