Alexandros Kanellopoulos
Senior post-doctoral fellow

Alexandros’s main interest is how changes in synaptic genes may contribute to neurodevelopmental diseases such as autism, schizophrenia and intellectual disabilities. His research uses genetics and functional readouts in fly models to identify the circuitry and molecular mechanisms underlying social behavior.
