Patricia Molina
Post-doctoral fellow

Patricia Molina obtained a B.Sc. in Biomedicine from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain and a M.Sc in Neuroscience from University College London, United Kingdom.
She pursued her PhD in Neuroscience at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, working on the manipulation and molecular profiling of stress-activated neuronal populations in the medial prefrontal cortex.
She then joined the Mameli lab as a postdoc to investigate how stress exposure shapes cellular activity within the lateral habenula leading to behavioural maladaptations.
