Cristiana Centofanti
PhD student

Cristiana graduated from the University of Rome Sapienza (Italy) with a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology. She then obtained a Master degree in Neurobiology at the University of Rome Sapienza (Italy) focusing her thesis on the role of specific ER-mitochondria interactions in the post-natal development of astrocytes.
She has now joined the group of Paola Bezzi as PhD student and will work on the involvement of astrocytes in the pathophysiology of neurodevelopmental disorders.
